This matter is presently before this Court on cross motions for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 At issue here is the interpretation of a contract of insurance between Travelers Insurance Company (“Travelers”) and Waltham Industrial Laboratories (“WIL”) and Memory Lane, Inc. Melvin Rosenfeld was the founder and chief executive officer of WIL, a company involved in the electroplating business.
