Plaintiff Allstate Insurance Co. (“Allstate”), the successor to Northbrook Excess and Surplus Insurance Co. (“North-brook”); defendant/third-party plaintiff National Union Fire Insurance Co. (“National Union”); and defendant/third-party defendant Insurance Co. of North America (“INA”) have each filed motions for summary judgment. Allstate, the property insurer of Warren Petroleum Co.
