Suit by appellant to recover damages for the loss by fire of books, memoranda, and technical and professional records belonging to him, and used by him in connection with his profession as a chemical-engineer. Appellant alleged that he was employed as manager and chemical engineer for Texas Oil Products Company, which maintained a.refinery near, but outside, the city limits of Waxahachie.
