FRASER, Justice.
This suit was filed by the appellant to recover damages for personal injuries sustained to one of his hands. The injury occurred while appellant was working as a rough-neck during rigging-up operations at a drilling rig, which rig was being assembled preparatory to drilling a well. This is not a compensation suit, but is an action brought against appellee based upon the alleged negligence of its truck driver.
