This is an appeal from a judgment of non-suit rendered at the close of plaintiff’s case in her action for personal injuries.

There is substantial agreement concerning the facts surrounding plaintiff’s injury, which may be summarized as follows: At about 11 a.m. on October 8, 1957, plaintiff was in her ear making a left turn from Sepulveda Boulevard onto Chatsworth Street in the San Fernando Valley.
