Melissa Graham filed this action against her former employer, Bryce Corporation, bringing various constitutional claims pursuant to the First and Fourteenth Amendments and 42 U.S.C. § 1983, racial discrimination and retaliation claims under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., as well as state law claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress, intentional interference with contractual rights or business relationship, and slander.
