INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff Donna J. Henke has sued her former employer, Defendant Allina Health System d/b/a Allina Hospital & Clinics (“Allina”), alleging that it terminated her employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.; the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq.; the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq.; and the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”), Minn.Stat. § 363A.01 et seq.
