This is an action to quiet title and to annul certain building restrictions contained in the deeds through which the plaintiffs deraign their title to lot 31 of tráet No. 1600 in the city of Los Angeles. Plaintiffs seek to avoid the effect of the restrictions by reason of an asserted change of conditions in the character of the neighborhood, it being alleged that their property is no longer useful for residential purposes.
