Violet Sewer Mahabir appeals from the Superior Court’s orders dismissing her claim of exclusive title to a property on St. John through adverse possession and ordering her to pay attorney’s fees to the opposing parties. Following a bench trial, the Superior Court held that Mahabir failed to establish the elements of adverse possession by clear and convincing evidence.
