Eric A. Browne1 appeals the Superior Court’s May 4, 2015 judgment order directing him to remove the portion *330of his fence encroaching upon Quinton Stanley’s property. Because the Superior Court did not err in denying Browne relief under the doctrine of equitable estoppel, we affirm.
