OPINION OF THE COURT

CABRET, Associate Justice.
The former husband in this case appeals from the Superior Court’s denial of his motion to modify a settlement agreement reached in divorce proceedings with his former wife. Because the husband failed to demonstrate a substantial and continuing change in *663circumstances that would justify modifying the settlement agreement, the Superior Court did not err in denying his motion, and we affirm.
