MEMORANDUM

CONABOY, District Judge.

The cause of action involved in this litigation is based on an injury suffered by Plaintiff John R. Straub in the course of his employment with the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission on July 8, 1977. His arm and wrist were struck with a sheave that broke loose from a power generator. Winpower, Inc. is the manufacturer of the generator; Cann’s Lawn & Power Equipment sold it to the Plaintiff’s employer.
