Hunter Group, Inc. (Hunter), filed suit against Susan Smith, Martin Reimer, Renee Yates, Catherine Cooper, Julia Salter, 1 and Gail Mann (collectively, the employees) in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland, alleging that they breached the nonsolicitation and noncompete clauses in their employment agreements by joining, and enticing each other to join, Deloitte & Touche, L.L.P.
