This cause came before the court on January 5, 2017, for a hearing on the plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction. Plaintiff filed its original Complaint and Request for Preliminary and Permanent Injunction in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama, on October 13, 2016. The defendants removed the action to this court on October 21, 2016.
