HARPER, J.
The plaintiff, Robert E. Henry, a member of the bar of this state, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing his appeal from the reprimand issued to him by the reviewing committee of the defendant, the statewide grievance committee, for violating rules 3.3 (a) (1) and 8.4 (4) of the Rules of Professional Conduct.
