Amended Memorandum of Opinion and Order

This Court previously issued a Memorandum of Opinion and Order dated February 25, 2010, addressing defendants’ motion to dismiss. Defendants have asked this Court to certify the Order for an interlocutory appeal. In addition, under the guise of a motion for reconsideration (Doc. 51), defendants now argue a new basis for dismissal of the RICO claims.
