In an attempt to renounce his United States citizenship pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1481(a)(6), Plaintiff,. proceeding pro se, filed this action under the Administrative Procedures Act, 5 U.S.C. §§ 701-706, and the Mandamus Act, 28 U:S.C. § 1361, also alleging violations of his Fifth Amendment due process rights.
