Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Leggett, J.), rendered November 12, 1981, convicting him of rape in the first degree, sodomy in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Judgment affirmed.
