Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Belli, J.), rendered December 18, 1985, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
