This is an action arising out of an appeal to the district court of Pottawatomie county from a joint report of a survey by the county surveyors of Riley and Pottawatomie counties to establish the boundary line between the respective counties, as provided by G. S. 1949, Ch. 19, Art. 14. Plaintiffs filed a purported appeal bond, as hereinafter set forth.
