This is an appeal in a diversity case from a judgment entered for Norwest Bank Duluth, N.A., by the District Court from the District of Minnesota. 1 This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We affirm.
This controversy centers on the dishonor by Norwest (the Bank) of a $200,000 letter of credit issued by the Bank on application of the bank’s customer, Duluth Bowling Center Limited Partnership (DBC) to the benefit of LeaseAmerica.
