Yenizelos, S.A. [hereinafter “Venizelos”] appeals the grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of appellee Chase Manhattan Bank [hereinafter “Chase”] on the three claims asserted by appellant in its complaint and the denial of appellant’s cross-motion for summary judgment by the District Court for the Southern District of New York, David N. Edelstein, Judge.
