MEMORANDUM OPINION
TURK, District Judge.
Presently before the Court are defendant Goldman, Sachs & Company’s Rule 12(c) motion for judgment on the pleadings and for a stay of discovery pending resolution thereof, and all defendants’ joint motion for transfer of venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to the Southern District of New York, or, in the alternative, to the Charlottesville Division pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(b).
