(OOIDA), and six truck owner-operators 1 bring this class action alleging violations of the federal Truth and Leasing regulations, 49 C.F.R. § 376, by defendant North American Van Lines, Inc. (NAVL), and are seeking damages and injunctive relief. This matter is before the court on defendant’s May 13, 2005 motion to change venue.
