These appeals arise from protracted litigation over attorney’s fees allegedly owed by Alfred Rechberger (“Rechberger”) and ARC Partners, Ltd. (“ARC”) to the New Hampshire law firm McLane, Graf, Rau-lerson, & Middleton, P.A. (“McLane”). Rechberger focuses on three rulings against him.
