Plaintiff Duane Jastremski brings this case against defendant Safeco Insurance Companies (“Safeco”), alleging that Safeco failed to pay him for overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1331. Pending before this court are defendant’s motion for summary judgment and plaintiffs cross-motion for partial summary judgment.
