OPINION

MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Robert D. Tread-way (“Treadway”) appeals his conviction and sentence for conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, amphetamine, and marijuana and for possession by a felon of a firearm and ammunition. Treadway pleaded guilty to each charge in which he was named in the superseding indictment. On appeal, Treadway raises two arguments.
