MOORE, Circuit Judge.

Defendant-Appellant Mike Darwich (“Darwich”) appeals from the eighty-eight month sentence imposed by the district court after he was convicted of conspiracy to distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846, and after he was subject to criminal forfeiture pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 853.
