Plaintiffs, individually and as representatives of a putative class, have filed this action *341alleging violations of the Employment Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, (“ERISA”) 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq. Plaintiffs now seek class certification, pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 23(a) and (b)(l)-(3) (doc. #81).
