MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The five named plaintiffs Glenn Driver, Demiko McCaster, Rosamar Mallari, Joyce Britton and Michael Hicks (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) were formerly employed by defendant Applelllinois, LLC (“Applelllinois”), as servers and bartenders at an Applebee’s restaurant in Ford City, Illinois.
