This suit was instituted by the Greene & Griffin Real Estate & Investment Company, a corporation, for the purpose of enjoining the Salt River Valley Water Users’ Association from proceeding with the construction of an improvement designated as Mormon Flat development No. 1 and from issuing the bonds of the association in the sum of $1,800,000 to finance the same, and has been brought to this court on appeal from a judgment in favor of the defendant.
