This suit was instituted by the Farmers’ Guaranty State Bank against the Rio Grande Construction Company, San Benito Cameron County Drainage District No. 3, the commissioners thereof, and numbers of others asserting claims against the construction company and against money which appellant owed the construction company, for the construction of a drainage system. Other creditors of the construction company were afterwards made parties or intervened in the suit.
