The relator, claiming as a stockholder, seeks to enforce, by mandamus, his right to inspect the books of the defendant corporation. To the proceeding, originally filed, an exception was interposed to the effect that it was directed against the manager of the company, alone, and that there had been no prayer for citation and no citation of the company, and, upon appeal to this court, the exception was maintained, and the case remanded for “amendment of the application * * * and in order that legal service may” (might) “be…
