HOFFMAN, Judge.
This is an appeal from an action brought before the Industrial Board of Indiana (Board) by claimant-appellee Kathleen Willis against defendant-appellant Joseph E. Seagram & Sons, Inc. (employer) to recover workmen’s compensation benefits on account of the death of her husband, an employee of Seagram’s. The Hearing Member found in favor of the claimant and the Board affirmed.
