This action involved a collision between a truck owned by defendant W. H. Biscoe, individually, and doing business as Biscoe Transfer Company, and defendant Robert Biscoe, operator of the truck, and a streetcar owned by defendant St. Paul City Railway Company and operated by its motorman, defendant Frank B.
