Terrell Dawson (“Dawson”) appeals from the motion court’s denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Dawson was convicted of two counts of murder in the first degree, two counts of armed criminal action, one count of kidnapping, and one count of burglary in the first degree. On appeal, Dawson claims the motion court erred in denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief following an evidentiary hearing because he received ineffective assistance of counsel.
