This is a proceeding under article 4 of the Family Court Act commenced by petition dated July 24, 1970. Petitioner is seeking support for herself and two children born during her marriage to respondent. It appears from the affidavits submitted by the parties that they were married on December 6, 1955 in Munich, Germany, and that the petitioner thereafter gave birth to two children, born on February 10, 1957 and June 14, 1958, respectively.
