Plaintiff Roger Fowles (hereafter “Fowles”) brings this action seeking damages for injuries he received as a result of Defendants’ alleged violations of his civil rights. Defendants are three Waldo County Sheriffs deputies, one corrections officer of the Waldo County Sheriffs Department, and Waldo County itself (collectively, “Defendants”).
