HERNDON, Acting P. J.

Leon Levy (also known as Lee Leonard), the purchaser under a contract for the purchase and sale of all of the corporate stock of Linda Homes, Inc., appeals from a judgment awarding to the sellers Domenic Capaldi, Gino Capaldi, and W. Garfield McDaniel the sum of $18,000 (representing the entire contract price) plus interest from the date of Levy’s breach.

Appellant contends (1) that the contract was ambiguous and not specifically enforceable; (2) that the failure of the sellers to strictly adhere to and perform the conditions of the contract excused the purchaser…
