OPINION OF THE COURT

YOUNG, Chief Judge:

The appellant pled guilty to wrongfully appropriating a motor vehicle, making and uttering a worthless check and thereafter dishonorably failing to maintain sufficient funds in his account for payment upon its presentment, and violating a lawful general regulation by wrongfully using his Government travel charge card for personal use. Articles 121, 134, and 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 921, 934, 892.
