Pursuant to his pleas, appellant was convicted at a general court-martial for wrongfully appropriating a motor vehicle, uttering a bad check, and violating a lawful general regulation by misusing his government travel charge card, in violation of Articles 121, 134, and 92 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 USC §§ 921, 934, and 892.
