In this consolidated action, the United States of America (“appellant” or “the government”) appeals an’order from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Jacksonville Division, denying their motion to dismiss debtors Lester Houston May Jr. and Margaret Ann May (“the appellees”) from Chapter 13 bankruptcy protection under 11 U.S.C. § 109(e).
