MEMORANDUM OPINION
GLEN E. CLARK, Bankruptcy Judge.
CASE SUMMARY
In this case, the court is asked to determine whether or not unsecured debts which are disputed by the debtor, should be added to the sum of noncontingent, liquidated, unsecured debt for purposes of determining Chapter 13 eligibility. Section 109(e) of the Bankruptcy Code requires that only “noncontingent” and “liquidated” debts be counted for eligibility purposes.
