James and Terry Heagle, the plaintiffs, filed a complaint to obtain a judgment for damages and a determination of nondis-chargeability against Wanda G. Haug, the debtor, and to obtain judgment against three other co-defendants who are not in bankruptcy, for alleged fraud arising from a sale on contract by the debtor to the plaintiffs of a restaurant business. The codefendants are William Ingram and Business Brokers, Inc., who arranged the sale, and Bee Knauss, to whom the debtor later assigned…
