The Debtor, American Energy, Inc. (AEI), is a corporation organized as a producers’ cooperative association to perform marketing and other functions for member growers and in connection therewith, it was to construct a facility at Hankinson, North Dakota, for the processing of grain into anhydrous ethyl alcohol and other products.
