ROSS M. PYLE, Bankruptcy Judge.
Defendants Harold H. & Thelma Cohen, (“the Cohens”), Aames Home Loan Co., (“Aames”), and Jomar Investment Company, (“Jomar”), bring their Motion to Dismiss upon three grounds: first, that the Bankruptcy Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction; second, that, since the causes of action alleged against debtor, Foremost Home & Remodeling, Inc., cannot be exempted from discharge due to its corporate status, there will be no effect upon the debtor and consequently plaintiffs’ causes of action against Aames, Cohen and Jomar are unrelated to the bankruptcy…
