Defendant appeals his conviction after jury trial for possession of more than one ounce of marijuana. ORS 475.992(4)(a). Defendant was indicted for Count One: possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and Count Two: possession of amphetamines. He was convicted of Count One and acquitted of Count Two.
