ULRICH, Judge.

Gregory Colbert appeals the trial court’s dismissal with prejudice of his counterclaim *422against the municipal corporation, Kansas City, Missouri (City), based on a settlement agreement between him and the City. He claims that the specific terms of the settlement agreement did not dictate dismissal of his counterclaim. The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
