Promotional Consultants, Inc. (“Employer”) appeals the trial court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of Laura Logsdon and Rachel Forster (“Employees”) in its suit to enforce the restrictive covenant contained within employment agreements signed by Employees and to recover damages for their alleged breach. Employer also appeals the trial court’s entry of a protective order in favor of Employees staying discovery, and the denial of its motion to compel deposition answers and reopen discovery.
