This is an appeal from the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of respondents Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Kansas City and Business Men’s Assurance Company of America in an action brought by appellant Park Lane Medical Center of Kansas City, Inc. for recovery under contracts of health insurance.
